• Trello board integration is flawless. Queue system feels natural.

Cons

• One queue for the entire planet. When he’s slammed (which is most of the time), active projects are limited to 1 at a time. Want 10 things at once? You wait.
• Waitlist is real. Right now it’s 4–8 weeks to even get in (unless you pay the $10k “skip-the-line” fee).
• No motion graphics or complex illustration. He’ll do simple icons, but don’t ask for a full animated explainer.
• Price doubled in 2024 and will probably keep climbing.

• Truly unlimited active projects. I once had 47 tasks running simultaneously. They didn’t blink.
